I started with the whole process online just wanting to see if I could find something better than the current policy I had whose price seemed to go up every month without any tickets or specific cause. I received a text from Mr. Rowland and was a little unsure at first because there was such a difference in the price quote he gave me and he included roadside assistance and renters insurance as well. We went back and forth amd few times with me adding and subtracting options and he was always right back with answers to my questions, updates to the policy coverages and anything else I needed and always so polite and helpful throughout the entire process. "By far the fastest and easiest I have ever dealt with when it comes to insurance policies. I got the pleasure of Matt handling all of my questions and changes and setting up of my policy. He did an exceptional job! I would refer anyone to him if they want a professional, yet easy way to communicate and get things handled. Policies consistently changing without communication from the office, notices of charges without explanation, and any time we call, they would blame someone else in the office. Could never keep drives assigned to the proper vehicles either. Switched to a different agent who actually found that I was overpaying $4,000 for my homeowners insurance simply because of how they input my address from Todd’s office.
